This report details research showing that the financial and economic impact of lockdowns has entrenched pre-pandemic inequalities for women in Wales, and that this has particularly been the case for BAME women and Disabled women. Recommendations are made for a recovery plan that targets these issues for a more equal future. Part of a project on the effects of the pandemic on women, led by Women's Budget Group.
